The villa accommodates a maximum of 14 registered guests. It has five flexible bedrooms, including a private second-floor suite, bunk accommodations, a Murphy bed, and additional beds available by advance request.
Pool and spa heating are optional and available for an additional fee. The pool can be heated to 82°F and requires at least 48 hours’ advance notice. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.
Most dogs and cats are welcome with prior approval. A $350 cleaning fee applies per approved pet. Pets must be supervised and must be crated indoors if left unattended.
Parties, events, large gatherings, and unregistered visitors are not included with a standard reservation. Any gathering must receive advance approval from the host and may require additional fees.
Yes. The villa provides Level 2 charging through a Tesla Universal Wall Connector, which is compatible with Tesla vehicles and most other electric vehicles.
