To protect our home, neighborhood and guests, the following are prohibited both indoors and outdoors: ✶ No drug use of any kind, including marijuana ✶ No events, parties or large gatherings without prior approval ✶ No hard liquor or high-proof alcoholic beverages, including spirits such as whiskey and tequila (typically 40% ABV or higher) Violations of these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and guests being required to vacate the property without refund. Exceeding the approved occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Additional day visitors, gatherings or events are not included with a standard reservation and require prior approval. Please message us in advance for availability and applicable pricing. Pet Fee: A $350 cleaning fee per pet applies to all approved stays. This covers deep cleaning and removal of pet dander and hair to ensure a comfortable environment for future guests who may have allergies. Pets must be supervised at all times and should not be left unattended in the home or backyard. If you need to leave your pet unattended, they must be crated indoors to prevent noise disturbances to neighbors and potential property damage.
